Shipping Policy

We aim to ship as quickly as possible and keep lead times as short as possible. If we have the component in house we ship in 4-5 days, otherwise lead-times are stated on the product page with the goal of meeting or beating that time. Feel free to email with lead time questions. 

Most items are made to order and require several steps and vendors in order to produce a finished product. This includes laser cutting, bending, welding and powder coating. We are very strict on the fit and finish and have high standards for what ships from Cross Industries.
